We offer Outpatient and Home Physical Therapy in Research Triangle Park (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill). 

We also offer Telehealth (live virtual) Physical Therapy to patients residing in the state of California or if you cannot come to our outpatient clinic location in Raleigh, NC

As of January 1, 2014, you can directly access Physical Therapy services in NC and CA without first getting a Physician’s referral/prescription. 

However, some insurance companies may require you to have a physician (MD/DO) referral in order for them to reimburse your PT sessions. Hence, prior to scheduling your initial appointment, our front desk will collect all relevant insurance information in order to verify eligibility and benefits after which your appointment can be confirmed and scheduled.

If you’re scheduled for a Telehealth (live virtual) visit with our provider, an automated virtual link will be emailed to you 1 hour prior to your appointment time. 

Yes, we are in-network with ALL MAJOR insurance carriers including but not limited to Medicare, Medicare Advantage, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, Humana, United Healthcare and a few others. Call our office for more details if you don’t find our insurance carrier here. If you do not have insurance, we offer economical self-pay package options as well.
