No. As of January 1, 2014, you can directly access Physical Therapy services without first getting a Physician’s diagnosis or referral.

However, some third parties, e.g., health insurance, may require you to have a Physician diagnosis or referral in order for the third party to provide reimbursement. It is your responsibility to determine what requirements any third party may have, and ensure that the requirements are met if you plan to submit charges (itemized bill provided by us on request of the patient only) for reimbursement.

No more long intervals to seek appointment availabilities. We at Neurobloom believe in proactive as opposed to reactive healthcare. We believe that you deserve on-demand access to your clinician and have a clear picture of your healthcare costs. With direct access and direct payments with Neurobloom, you will not have to worry about dealing with insurance and submitting claims. We work with you directly to determine a clear and personally tailored treatment plan and cost structure. NeuroBloom PT does not accept any insurance plan, whether it be a PPO, HMO, or Medicare plan.

We begin with a free initial 15 minutes phone-call consultation where we can determine your health and schedule needs. After this, we work with you to best determine your Neurobloom Care Plan (NCP) at your best convenience and according to your individual needs. We look forward to seeing you at your next visit. If you can’t make your appointment, contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or use our online appointment service on our website to make any changes to your existing appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, except in the case of medical or family emergencies, are subject to a $25 missed appointment charge. No-show to an appointment without any notice is subject to $45 charge.

All NeuroBloom Physical Therapy treatment sessions are offered one-on-one at the patient’s residence or work setting (concierge/in-home PT service). Treatment sessions can also be chosen as Virtual (online) in which case a HIPPA compliant video conference link will be shared by our office prior to each of your appointment.

NeuroBloom also offers Wellness Classes which are taught virtually (classes are taught LIVE by our lead Neuro-Vestibular Physical Therapist, Dr. Seth. Refer to the details of each of these classes under the main tab “Services”.

We have chosen to be out of network with commercial insurances so that session length, type of treatment, and duration of care may be determined by individual patient need. We will provide you with an itemized statement, commonly referred to as a “superbill”, so that you may claim for reimbursement from your insurance based on your out-of-network benefits.

We accept cash, checks, and credit or debit cards (including FSA and HSA debit cards) at the time of service. You can contact us directly for more details on the pricing of the service you’re requesting for.
